The five stages of our process

Assignment
We test engineering and QA internship candidates and assign them a short practical task.

Technical interview
Not everyone is great at taking tests, so an internship mentor speaks with each intern candidate to make sure we do not miss worthy talent. Historically, while we do not have a pre-set number of participants in each iteration of the internship program, we have been admitting between 5% and 10% of all candidates.

Building expertise in 10 weeks
You are immersed in different technical areas, applying and developing your unique skills and talents. You always have access to support. It is demanding but rewarding.

Final Project
Upon completion of the ten weeks of technological immersion, you are given an opportunity to make a real impact as a member of a team working on one of our live projects.

Final Feedback
Based on a 360-style evaluation from your mentors as well as your project team lead and colleagues, we extend offers to some program graduates - usually, to between 20% and 30% of all participants.
